Consultations are by appointment only.
To make an appointment with a doctor or nurse please ring 01543 877842, alternatively you can register for Patient Access and book an appointment on line (please ask our receptionists for further details).
If you are unable to keep your appointment or no longer need it, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can offer the appointment to someone else.
If you think that you need to see a doctor before our next available appointment we operate a telephone triage system run by the duty doctor. When you telephone, the receptionist will ask some questions about your condition. By giving the receptionist as much information as possible the doctor is able to assess the urgency of your medical needs.
Preference of Doctor
You can at any time express a preference for a particular doctor. This preference will be recorded in your medical notes and we will do our best to respect your choice. However please be aware that your doctor of choice may not be immediately available. This preference does not apply to those rare occasions when the patient may need a home visit.
Extended Access Appointments
The extended hours surgeries are for pre-bookable appointments only. These are available on weekday evenings (6.30pm-8pm) and weekends (9am-1pm). The extended hours services are provided by the Cannock Chase Clinical Alliance and the Cannock South Primary Care Network (PCN)
