IMPORTANT UPDATE REGARDING CORONAVIRUS
Rawnsley Surgery has implemented the following measures in response to guidance issued by NHS England and Public Health England.
Please do not attend The Surgery if you or anyone in your household are showing Covid-19 symptoms.
Our front door is open as usual however, our preferred method of contact would be via telephone.
We are operating a face to face and telephone Triage appointments, this means the receptionist will be asking you more questions to help direct you to the appropriate service.
You may find the dedicated 111 coronavirus site a useful source of information https://111.nhs.uk/covid-19
All patients contacting us with cough, fever, or cold like symptoms, will be triaged, and may be directed to use the 111 symptom tracker (online) service. You should only seek advice if you are unable to manage your symptoms at home. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR HOME.

Self-care and Prescriptions
Please help us where you can by self caring for all minor injuries and illnesses and visiting https://www.nhs.uk/ for information. This site also gives you access to an online service.
Prescription services are not affected EXCEPT that we aim to process 100% electronically, so we will ask you to nominate a pharmacy if you haven't already.
Early Prescriptions and additional medications will not be given, so please wait until your next batch is due
